Shipping
Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and USPS rates, so you're never overcharged.
We ship Monday through Friday with USPS. Please allow one to two business days for orders to be processed.
We currently ship within the USA and Canada. If you're located elsewhere and would like to order, please email us and we'll help you directly.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in 100% new condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags in place and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please package items safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.
To start a return, email us. Once your return is approved, we'll send a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization can't be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Personalized and custom items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
