Shipping
Monii ships within the United States and internationally. Available destinations, shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. If you don’t see your country, email info@monii.shop.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Personalized orders take up to two weeks before they ship.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your destination and current carrier rates. We do not offer free shipping.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Start a return
Email info@monii.shop before sending anything back. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
For U.S. orders, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. For orders outside the U.S., including Canada, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Personalized items
Personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us right away. A photo helps us resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you’d like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the refund.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
