Shipping
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.
For orders under $100, your shipping fee will be calculated during check out based on the weight of your order and USPS shipping fees. This ensures that you are not overcharged for shipping.
We ship Monday to Friday with USPS. Please allow one to two days for orders to be processed.
Currently we ship only within the USA. If you are located elsewhere and would like to order, please send us an email and we will help you directly.
Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from Monii. However, if you would like to return an item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must arrive back at the Monii no more than 20 days after the initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card and send you notification.
